WHAT WE OFFER

We offer several different options to meet our client's needs.

1   "Unbundled Search"   Unbundled Search is more commonly referred to as "research".   This choice provides our clients with an innovative service that has become more popular in the search industry over the past several years.  More human resource departments are choosing this resource as a less expensive way of acquiring abbreviated search services.  Unbundled search offers a "no frills" alternative to full service retainer search, contingency search, and advertisements, whether in print or on the Internet.  For a further explanation of "unbundled search" click here.

With unbundled search you can also have us build a mailing or contact list for you.  We will make phone calls to verify information that you already have or to build a list of competitors or potential candidates for you based on the criteria you provide.

2.  Discounted Retained Search    We are paid, up front, in one-third increments while working on an exclusive search assignment to identify qualified candidates for a specific position.  Retained search is always the best choice over contingency search because it provides the client with a very valuable professional service while protecting their own company's reputation.   For details on "discounted retained search" please click here.

3.  "Container Search"   A "Container Search" is an exclusive search where an initial retainer fee percentage is charged up front but not billed again until a successful placement has been made.  Click here for details on "container search".  

4.  Contingency Search    A typical contingency search allows for a search firm to provide research and recruiting services for free until a placement is made.  Our firm will not perform a contingency search unless it is an exclusive assignment.   There are many reasons for this but the main reason is that we spend a good deal of time and money on the actual research process and actually recruit for these positions.  Yes, we will review appropriate resumes when they are available, but the mainstay of our business is executive recruiting.  That means, researching the client's industry, identifying target companies, target candidates, and getting on the phone to find the best candidates available.   For more information on "contingency search" arrangements, please click here.
